5 ingredient Baked Cauliflower Mac and Cheese
1 large egg
2 12 oz bags of frozen cauliflower florets OR 4 cups of fresh cauliflower florets
¾ cup of sour cream
2 tbsp of melted butter
1 ½ cups of shredded cheddar cheese
*Add salt to taste, garlic powder and pepper to taste*
